To request a cancellation and/or refund, you must email info@reclaimclay.com.

A 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Classes and workshops can be cancelled for a full refund minus processing fees 7 days in advance of the scheduled start date. In less than 7 days we can offer a 50% refund. No refund is available within 48 hours of your scheduled class or workshop start date.

We can transfer your ticket to a class/workshop of equal or lesser value up to 7 days before the start of your scheduled class. We do not offer transfers of your ticket cost to a later class/workshop in the event that you cannot attend your scheduled class/workshop after the 7 day time period, no matter the circumstance.

Membership subscriptions are only eligible for a refund up to 5 days before the start of the month. Afterwards, no refund will be given. We do not prorate or refund membership charges based on unused days in the studio. When you cancel a membership we will honor the full month that you’ve paid for. 

Open studio bookings including tours, day passes and Riso appointments are eligible for a refund within 48 hours of the date of booking, not the date of your appointment. After 48 hours customers can request a one-time courtesy reschedule. Reschedules can be no more than one month (30 days) from the date you originally booked.
