Print MEMBERSHIP FAQ

  • Our print memberships are approved on a rolling basis, not by the first of the month. All applications are assumed to be ASAP unless stated otherwise and acceptance is completely dependent upon space availability. However, this will not guarantee you'll get accepted on any specific timeline. We maintain a waitlist of applications for upcoming openings.

  • Memberships are refundable up to five days before your next scheduled payment. After that deadline, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • You can cancel your membership subscription at any time through our website. If you need help canceling, please reach out to us at info@reclaimclay.com at least one week before your next scheduled payment.

    When you cancel, your membership will remain active through the end of the paid month.

  • All studio users must be 18 years or older. If you’d like to request a membership for your child, please contact us at info@reclaimclay.com. Minors are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while in the studio.
