The lowest price (Rose Membership) is for those who struggle to meet basic needs and paying for this service would be a significant hardship or economic strain. Use code MONTHLYROSE at checkout.

The middle price (Dandelion Membership) is for those who are able to meet their basic needs. Paying for this service may qualify as a sacrifice, but it would not create hardship. Use code MONTHLYDANDELION at checkout.

The highest price (Camellia Membership) is for those who are comfortably able to meet basic needs. Paying for this service might still be a sacrifice, but there is financial security.

STUDIO TIME

 MEMBERSHIP FAQs

  • All memberships begin on the first of the month and last until the end of the month. We do not pro-rate memberships or offer partial month memberships. The sooner you can submit your application and purchase your membership, the sooner we can get you in the door!

  • Once you apply and purchase the first month membership product, you are added to our queue in the order you submit your materials. We review applications two weeks before the first of the upcoming month and distribute membership acceptances shortly after.

    Once you are approved for a membership, we will reach out to you to schedule your orientation. Depending on when in the month you apply, this could be up to a month or two after you submit your materials. The earlier you can apply the better!

  • Memberships are eligible for a refund up to 5 days before the start of the month. After that time, no refund will be given.

  • Membership subscriptions can be canceled at any time by you, the purchaser, through our website. If you need assistance with canceling your membership, please email us at least a week before your next scheduled payment at info@reclaimclay.com. When you cancel a membership we will honor the full month that you’ve paid for. 

    Membership subscriptions are only eligible for a refund up to 5 days before the start of the month. Afterwards, no refund will be given.

  • Yes, we allow outside clays, glazes, and mason stains in our studio as long as they have been approved by one of our staff before firing. All clays and glazes should be rated for midrange cone 5-6 temperatures (not to be confused with cone 05-06).

  • We require those using our studio to be 18 years of age or older. If you would like to special request your child to join you in membership, please email us at info@reclaimclay.com. We require all minors to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while using the studio space.

  • All members get one free guest pass a month to bring a friend or loved one to enjoy the studio with them. Simply check in with a staff member when you arrive with your guest so we can have them sign a studio waiver and go over basic studio safety rules. Guests must be accompanied by their member escort at all times and are allowed to fire 1-2 small projects from their visit. Additional or larger creations can be fired using our community firing services.

    Additional guests may be brought in each month, but they must purchase a day pass to use the studio.
